Treat yourself to these gifts which you deserve. Make time to practice self care in whatever way that suits you. It is so important to your overall health and happiness to practice self care. You deserve it! Believe in yourself no matter what because if you don’t, who will? Even if other people do believe in you and your potential, you won’t believe them if you do not first believe in yourself. How can you accept praise, joy, peace, harmony, courage, freedom, friendship, wisdom, beauty, growth, pleasure, happiness or love if you don’t first give those gifts to yourself?
