Wabi-sabi is a Japanese feeling with no English equivalent. Wabi-sabi is a noun which is a concept, an aesthetic and a worldview that emphasizes finding beauty within the imperfections of life and accepting the natural cycle of growth and decay. It is centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. The aesthetic is sometimes described as one of beauty that is “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete.”
